橘柚莎莎醬 Citrus Salsa

材料 Ingredients
柳橙 Orange2 個 ea
葡萄柚(大) Grapefruit (large)2 個 ea
豆薯 Jicama 1/4 個 ea
新鮮萊姆汁 Fresh lime juice3 大匙 Tbs
蜂蜜 Honey 2 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt 1/4 小匙 tsp
辣椒末 Crushed red pepper 1/8 小匙 tsp
薄荷葉20 葉 leaf

做法
1.柳橙和葡萄柚兩頭切掉後去皮(白色部份要完全切除),順著白膜切出果肉。果肉略切數下後放進濾網濾5分鐘。豆薯去皮後切成小丁。薄荷葉疊在一起後捲起來切成細絲。
2.將萊姆汁,蜂蜜,鹽和辣椒末在碗裡調勻,再加入柳橙,葡萄柚和豆薯拌勻即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Cut off the two ends of each oranges & grapefruit and slice off the peel (remove all the white part). Section the oranges between membranes. Roughly cut the fruit flesh . Drain the fruits in a sieve for 5 minutes. Peel and dice the jicama. Chiffonade (Stack, roll and slice) the mint leaves.
2.Mix the lime juice, honey, salt and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add the fruits and jicama and combine well.
